Refund Policy

At ISKCON Gokulam Gauseva Project, we greatly appreciate your generosity and support for our cow care and protection initiatives. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a contribution.

1. Donations and Seva Sponsorships are Non-Refundable

All donations and seva sponsorships made through this website are voluntary contributions to a charitable cause (Goseva/Cow Protection). Because these funds are immediately utilized for the purchase of fodder, medical care, and maintenance of the cows, donations and sponsorships are strictly non-refundable once processed.

2. Erroneous or Duplicate Transactions

In rare cases where a technical error occurs during the payment process, resulting in a duplicate or erroneous charge:

Please contact us via email at iskcongokulam.org@gmail.com within 7 working days of the transaction.
Include your name, contact details, transaction date, amount, transaction reference number, and a screenshot or bank proof showing the double debit.
Upon verification of the error, we will initiate a refund process. The refund will be credited back to the original payment source (credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI) within 5 to 10 working days, depending on bank and payment gateway processing timelines.

3. Rescheduling of Sponsored Sevas

If you have sponsored a specific seva (e.g. Special Cow Feast, Pooja, or Festival Sponsorship) and need to change the date due to unforeseen circumstances:

Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled seva date. While we cannot refund the amount, we will make every effort to reschedule the seva and prayers to another mutually convenient date.
