2. Donations and Seva Sponsorship

All donations and seva sponsorships made through this website are voluntary contributions. By completing a transaction, you agree that:

• The funds used for donations are from legitimate and lawful sources.
• Sponsorship of a seva is a spiritual/charitable act and does not constitute a commercial purchase of goods or services.

3. Tax Exemption (Section 80G)

Donations made to the ISKCON Gokulam Gauseva Project may be eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (applicable to Indian taxpayers).

To issue a valid 80G tax receipt, you must provide your Permanent Account Number (PAN) along with your full name, address, and contact details during the donation process. We are not responsible for any delay or failure to issue 80G receipts if incorrect PAN details are provided.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of ISKCON Gokulam Gauseva Project and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
